I'm extremely new to this group. I thought maybe you'd like to comment/snicker at some choice pieces from my '75 CB 550F carbs.

They look like they've been in a fire, haha. Even so, don't throw them away! As long as they're not pitted, bent or cracked you can clean them up and they'll be far better than any aftermarket part you get.

I'm assuming these are OEM and have the Keihin "K" stamp on them?

That's what old ethanol fuel will do to our carbs.  As advised, don't throw them away.   That emulsion tube has tiny holes along the side that need to be cleaned as does the idle jet but they can all be cleaned up.

  For the really bad brass such as this, I have had to boil the pieces in CLR bathroom cleanser.  Just don't do the slides in it or other plastic or rubber pieces.  The heat and chemistry will not be good for them.

 How long had that bike been sitting. Water can cause damage also and leave white deposits hopefully the bodies are in good shape. Post up a picture of the whole bike for fun so we can see what your dealing with'
