 The paint itself was $72. The bodyshop charged $300. It's super nice, though. They always do excellent work....and quick turnaround time.

 Yes.
 I'm really happy with this shop. Their prices are "fair"....not cheap, but not outrageous...but the quality of the work is well above average and the turnaround time is always very fast. And they're a bunch of really nice guys, too.

Awww, crap!!! Looking at the pics this morning and I realized I have the side cover badges on the wrong sides! I can't believe I did that!!!

 GRRRRR!!!!! And I knew that, too! I just didn't think about it when installing them. The bad thing is, the posts were broken and they're held on with double sided tape....AND the exhaust has to come off to remove the side covers!!! AARRRGH!!!!

 The lighting today isn't kind, but here are some pics. She seems to run really well. I'll get her tagged and insured and actually leave the neighborhood soon.
 The only "issue" is that I'm STILL only getting 12.5-12.7 volts when charging. I tested the stator and it tested good, so I installed a new combination regulator/rectifier and I'm still only getting ~12.6V at 5-6K rpm.... Hmmm, what's up with that?

Scott,
Does the charging output change when you turn the lights on and hit Hi beam? there is a mod.(the hondatwins guys can tell you)that connects the yellow/white wire(that's the one for the extra charging coils for the headlight/hi-beam)full time and when you do that it will give you more volts.
I usually had between 12.6-12.75vts. myself at high rpm's and it worked out fine as it was just enough to not boil the battery water out for many miles;the bike won't hold a charge for long if you do extended idling though,that's just 'the nature of the beast'.

I'm looking for a luggage rack like that. Can I ask where you got it from? Or did it come with the bike?

Nice bike btw. Love the colour. I have one that's the model before. Leaves me grinning ear to ear when I ride it. :-)

My 350 twin ran fine and i just made sure to keep it idling around 2K while sitting in traffic to help and if it was daytime and I was running w/ the headlight on,I'd turn it off while sitting.  :)

 Found it at a parts place using Google search. Can't remember the name, but I looked for weeks. Have an idea for a single saddle bag on the RH side, too...
