No, no guns.

But if you see people wandering about near your home with a phone up.  They might be trying to catch a pokemon.

There is one inside the house across from the store.  I'm waiting for it to come out.

Thats awesome!

I remember when pokemon came out on gameboy back in the 90's.

To say the franchise has come a lonv way is an understatement.

Picked up a passenger earlier today

And made a new friend, on what is probably the worst day she's had in a while.  A little augmented reality helped cheer the gal up.

Wonder which major mapping software platforms this is tied to?
Its accurate, even when we are driving.  Gas stations in my area are the gyms.

The company that made this scraped info from another game called Ingress. It scrapes from social media platforms from what I understand.

Be careful out there if you are out and about looking for wild Bulbasaurus at 2am.

Yeah, this game brought all the nerds out of the woodwork.

I read already about the gangsters using it to make trouble though.

And the scariest #$%* crossed my mind last night when I was in the park with 10 other players.
The risk that kids can be approached or talked to by creepers and this game would make the interaction seem less "inappropriate" than a week ago.  Wrote and posted a psa to the local go boards reminding everyone to stay alert.
