So, if it had the stock seat and fenders, with that paint it would be a $1500 bike or so, with the "rebuild" he did on the engine.   
So adding a brat seat is really the best bang for your buck when doing bike improvements. 
Kinda like putting money into the kitchen before selling a house.

It's a $6,000 seat.  If you haven't sat upon it, you wouldn't understand.
