Leaky bowl

Hello all:
Attached carbs after rebuilding them and carb two leaks like a sieve. What are the float level specs on keihin carbs for a cb 550f (1975)?

More likely it's the float needle and seat. 
Yep, I'm the kid that figured out how to put things back together...eventually.

Did you try tapping the bowls with a screwdriver handle?

Pretty sure the manual says 22mm for the early 550.

Meh. I'm mad at myself. I installed new needles and seats. I will try knocking on the float bowl first before tearing it out again.

Please verify your fuel height using the clear tube test.  Aftermarket float valve size often differs from OEM as seen below from the carbs I recently worked on.  Your stock float height is just a starting point.  Adjust to achieve the proper fuel level.
