'71 CL350 fork disassembly

I SWEAR I searched.....

 Every result, every video, comes up with the later forks with internal springs and the Allen bolt on the bottom of the fork lower. I also consulted the manual here:

 It just says to remove the C-clip. But do I have to remove the screw in the bottom of the fork lower?

 I've done forks/seals before, just not these forks. I haven't even tried to take them apart yet....still waiting on the seals to get here. I just drained them and cleaned up everything I can get to so far.
 Do I just remove the C clip and separate them? Or does that screw in the bottom have to come out to get them apart?

 Also, the old manual recommends both 10W engine oil and ATF fluid; 195-205cc after disassembly.
 What's the consensus on modern fork oil weights and amounts? I'm ~177 lb., but I'm building this for my girlfriend who's about 130 lbs.

Scott,
From what I remember you just remove the top circlip from over the seal and then there's another snap-ring below the seal and large washer and then they come apart.

If it's anything like a CB450 fork, that bolt holds the damper rod in.
