Thanks guys! I think I am leaning on just paying to have the whole assembly as it is worth the peace of mind. I will only be doing this one anyhow.
I talked to my machine guy and he said he could torque to inch pounds. Not sure he is going to bother with torque measure, torque measure which seems to be the right way to do things.
Other poster have said the lightened crank is worth it so mine as well get the whoe shabang at once and be done with it.
