Yamiya reproduction K0 pipes
« on: July 23, 2016, 03:09:06 PM »
Greetings from a newbie.
I am contemplating a mostly stock style resto of a K3 that is pretty unmolested.. I want to put stock style pipes back on it, has anyone bought the reproduction pipes from Yamiya in Japan? They look great.
Thank you

The Yamiya reproduction exhaust is excellent quality (they are on one of my sandcasts), but incorrect for your bike.

Here's the exhaust set from David Silver Spares that appear to be correct for your bike (I have not purchased these myself):

Yep, if you don't care about originality, the K0 pipes are the best pipes for a CB750, they aren't as restricted as K2 and later HM341 pipes, and I'm betting that David Silver buys their pipes from Yamiya anyway. Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)

$214.00 for a set of heat shields from DSS -  OUCH -   Don't forget all the other little bits you need to buy, mounting bolts, rubber crossover tubes and clamps etc.

Those little bits add up fast.
