 My drag car is 300# off the seat. I tried to measure the actual open pressure on the car and tweaked my gauge. .830" and .790" lift.  If we don't make it out again this year I need to back off the springs for storage. I hate doing that, too much chance of making a costly error but I don't want to leave any springs close to coil bind all winter either.


 Don Terrills web site said aluminum retainers are fine unless you plan to start it.

That's funny.😆 My hand turn spring compressor is a bit of a bear at 125lbs....those large triple digit numbers require pneumatic compressors etc. I wanted to buy one but Goodson wanted pirates treasure for one.😂
