CB750A wheels on CB750K

Im sure this is been asked before but i couldn't find answers.

Does anyone know if i can install cb750A alloy wheels onto my cb750K, my bike already has a 19 front and 17 rear.
seen a set used for sale and since i like the look, i was thinking of swapping. Can someone confirm please?
