That bark - CB1200 at Symmons Plains Raceway last weekend
« on: November 23, 2016, 05:10:14 PM »
Hi,

Last week the Australian Historic Nationals took place in Symmons Plains International Raceway in Tasmania.

We came away with the first place after having some issues with the carburetors in the early days. The Methanol we got was different and was clogging the carbs.

Anyways, here is a video of the bike warming up and the first lap of one of the races. The bike ahead of us is a Paton 500 (the real deal and its really quick). We weren't competing directly with it so no point in pushing more than needed.

We were a couple of tenths shy of the lap record too, set in 1972 with a Ducati Imola 900.

If You can't fix it with a hammer, You've got an electrical problem.

Can you cut those rotors for the Cb to 5mm?

Hulk is angry. Nothing on that racetrack revved up like it!

Rotors - Sure can. That is an extra 25$ per rotor.
