just "finished" the cb750 F. still have a few things yet to do and needs tuning but what do you guys think.

Looks good...I am interested in your fuel filter routing...no feed issues running that way? It would fix the melting issues I had with a similar filter

not sure yet? so fare its ok but i had to cut it to make it smaller to get it working so it maybe still wrong... what way is your routed?

Mine is just the shortest path from the petcock to the carbs...at no point does it have to go up/work against gravity

 At the risc of starting an oil thread a fluid will seek it's own level, period. If there's a flow problem suspect the filter before the physics.
 If there are doubts look at the drain under most any sink. it goes down then back up and unless it's blocked by something it will always flow.

The gas in the tank provides a static pressure head due to it's elevation in relation to the carbs. The question is does the resistance of the filter to pressure flow pose enough of a problem to fuel flow to the carbs at or near WOT? I had problems with mine so I coated my tank and chucked the filter.
