Anyone have the correct Honda bullet connectors?
« on: August 16, 2016, 01:14:40 PM »
** This is for a 350 twin, but the information might be useful for the fours, too.**

I'm looking for someone that can "restore" the bullet connectors on my controls and tach. It looks like someone maybe extended the wiring for ape-hangers or something (and did a crappy job of it), but the controls and stuff are in good shape. I just need the factory bullet connectors put back on.
I've PM'd a couple of guys from other forums that make custom wiring harnesses, etc., but was wondering if there's anyone around here that can get the correct connectors to put back on the wires? Anyone around here do custom harnesses or have a contact? I'd prefer to just send them my stuff and have them do it correctly, if possible.

Cycleterminal.com is great for the connectors on our bikes (3.5mm) - everything I have needed male, female, doubles. Quality is very good and way better, for example, than the crap too soft metal connectors that come on junk parts like Non-OEM coils. Used tons of them from these guys -

I already have this crimping tool. Would it work with the connectors I need?

(Edit: It looks like I need the Open Barrel die set and they don't sell that separately. Guess I'll have to get the crimping tool.)

+4. Vintage connections
The right stuff from a good guy.
I recently restored and sold a 77 cb750f, and am nearly finished with a (former basket case) cb750k5.  This is a place to share, learn and enjoy.  I am grateful to and for 99+% of this site's membership.

You being in SC it might be faster and cheaper shipping from cycleterminal.com since they're in NJ. Vintageconnections.com is from CA. I've ordered a lot of stuff from cycle terminal, love those guys!

I also got wire from Wirebarn.com. Great GXL and TXL wire in a lot of colors.

I just got a bunch from these guys. Not sure if they fit stock. But they look stock. Wish I had them befor I installed my Pamco Ignition. But I left the wires long for this reason.
