New bike

I had been away from this forum and off on USA Two Strokes working the Yamaha RD..  The Yamaha has be done for some time and I was wondering what to do with myself...   Today that problem is solved...






Picked up the fire damaged 75 400F for 50 bucks....
2009 Suzuki TU250
2014 Honda Grom
1988 Yamaha FZ600
2018 Honda Ruckus
1971 Honda CB500

Looks like it started right where the fuse box use to be.

Now THAT looks nasty... Maybe somebody used a bolt as fuse, as PO did on my 550? Seems I was quite lucky...

Now, if I had spent  $50 on something like that, I would be ecstatic, but the wife would asking "Why?"

Looks like a great project. What are the plans? Restoration? Cafe? Chopper?
