You could prob get a offset front sprocket from cognito and a later 77/78 sprocket carrier to move the sprocket over or use a sprocket spacer which I think cognito also has

So the 77/78 sprocket carrier is for the counter sprocket (front)?  Is that the only difference between 77/78  and 75/76 or is the case cover also different to handle the wider counter sprocket position?  Cognito has offset counter sprockets and also has spacers for the rear sprocket.

The sprocket cover is a little different I believe. The 77/78 sprocket carrier fits  the earlier hubs. There's a picture of it on the cyclex website, it shows the taller carrier.
