Preparing for engine teardown again. Thanks to shat parts (see topic above)
Top-End only, so it won't as involved at the complete rebuild I did in 2014. Just gaskets and the Honda original cam chain components.

It's also time to modify the frame to use Frank's (754) kit. Since it's just the top end coming apart (Valve cover, Cylinder Head, Cylinders)
There is no need to pull the complete engine. Less work, less time.

Now to see if it will be running by Dallas Mods vs. Rockers #10 :o

My 750F thread is part documentation of the motorcycle in general for myself, and also part archive for anyone searching the forums in the future for information.

Camshaft and cam towers removed. You can spot the cap nuts/acorn nuts where the copper washers need to be.

Cylinder block assembled.

New stator. Found a few NOS stators, but this one is aftermarket.
I hope its not junk.

Cleaned all surfaces, new gaskets for the left side covers. Alternator and shifter covers.

It charges great now. Battery, Rick's Regulator/Rectifier combo unit, stator, and all connectors cleaned and treated with dielectric grease.  :o

Adding some reliability is my main concern with this old stallion.
