Topic: Will it fit? 79 CB650 tank on 81 CB650C

Hey everyone, I recently purchased a 81 CB650C which had a seized engine and no gas tank.



Here it is in its current state. I just laid the seat on to get a feel for how it's going to look, until I get around to modifiying the rear part of the frame.



So here is my first question...Will a 79 CB650 tank fit on a 81 CB650C? Or what are some good alternatives to the 81 CB650C stock tank?

Will it bolt on no.  its longer.  but anything can be made to "FIT"

dont remember it was a long time ago I put it on
