shift lever question..
« on: November 29, 2006, 08:10:10 PM »
Anyone know if the shift lever on the 70's CB750s are the same. I have a problem with my big ol' feet. I'l like to get one that is 1" longer than a stock '77 CB750k has. I could just cut and splice, but I'd rather not.

Thanks..

Don't know about longer levers but have you tried moving the lever up a notch on the spline shaft? This gives me a bit more room to fit my size 13.
Give me..a frame to build a bike on, and my imagination will build upon that frame

Never even thought about that, I'll give it a try with the size 14s.
Thanks..

CR750 seats seem to have a compartment strictly for that purpose:

Not sure what to call it though..."scrotal satchel" might fit the bill. "Ball-tainer" perhaps? Maybe a "bollocks bowl"?

Seriously...stop me. Seriously.
