Topic: Throttle Cable Adjustment

I'm ready to sync the carbs on my 1970 CB705.
While looking at the four cables that attach to the carbs I saw that two of the cables were adjusted differently than the other two.
The shop manual I have does not address how to adjust/set these cables.
Looking for some advice/help on getting these cables set properly before I start to sync the carbs.
Any help would be appreciated.
