change of sprocket oil seal

Hi guys.
I need to change the Oil seal of the sprocket because is loosing oil.

First question. How can I force and put the seal inside the housing? there is not the space to pick it inside with an hammer and a nylon cylinder pad... the space is too confined to use the cylinder pad and if I remove the cover of the gearbox (red arrow), oil escapes out...






2 - oil seal could be also a not OEM one ?

Take off the shifter lever and shifter cover.
Replace the seal.
Refill the lost oil later.
