These look really trick and I am leaning toward a set for my AHRMA racer. Thoughts from the Hi-Po gurus?

Not used them in my CB750 racer but once fitted them in my CB350K4 racer - next oil change I found minute shiny particles in the oil - looked like very fine steel shavings. Stripped engine and put originals back in, never ran them again.
I'm only old on the outside.

Did you find any evidence of wear on the smooth roller, or flat spots on the chain "rollers" where the chain contacted the steel roller?
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!

They were only fitted for one meeting but the smooth roller did show very slight signs of abrasion. Didn't check the cam chain, just binned it as a precaution. Never saw any signs of particles again. Have to say I raced 350K4's for the best part of 20 years without any problems with cam chain tensioners, they just need setting up and maintaining properly. In the UK lots of people using alternative tensioners (Kawasaki and Suzuki) but I go with "if it ain't broke don't mend it".  Haven't raced the CB750 long enough to form a definate opinion on the standard tensioners but see no reason why they should be any different to the 350K4 ones.
