Mikuni VM carb ID
« on: September 20, 2016, 04:07:33 PM »
Can you guys help me identify these carbs from this stamp. The engine side has a 30mm ID. So I think they are VM30s. They came on a 79 cm400t.

Will they work on a 400cc bike? I have the cables to make them work but the bike is locked up for know. Wondering if I should ditch them for stockers. Here is the bike. Has about 6k on it. Soaking the cylinders before I try and crack into the motor. Picked it up for 200.

Not sure about the carbs,
but I did have a couple of these and sold them to locals whom used them for 8 + years w/o any problems.
