« on: November 28, 2006, 08:28:28 PM »
My raceĀ  bike came with a Martek ignition and I'm looking for instructions for the system

Or if some one can provide the produce of adjusting it

There is not much there other then a small notch on the casing and one on the igniton ring

Thanks in advance,
Brian ???

;D Try a simple search. For example, look up the work "Martek"
You may be surprised! ::)

I scanned the 2 pages of instructions (already in the forums) plus the tech bulletin covering non-resistor wire and plugs, a choke is needed in the Martek power wire to eliminate double triggering.
I can send the 3 pages (300K each) to anyone who needs them or send them in to be libraried. Any interest?

Hey Bodi,

I sent a pm to you, I see you're Canadian too, Eh!

I'm in Mississauga, I race my bike with the VRRA at Shannonville & Mosport

There no such thing as a simple search for the Martek product, Mr Jugghead
Lots of crap.

Thx for your help,
Brian

HAha you're right there.  I spent a lot of time sifting through a lot of crap links on Google before I thought to ask here.
Took about two days and lo and behold, one of the guys (Terry in Australia) posted up a set of instructions.
I believe now there is a high res scan somewhere on the site, too. Dunno where it is though ???
Anyways, sorry for the confusion, I meant search the archives on this forum.
Save you the trouble , here you go:

If it isn't already libraried it needs to be. We should have a library heading!

The powers that be need to get to work on this.

Post it in FAQ Submissions or email files to Glenn@sohc4.net it may take a while but he will put this sort of useful reference stuff up on the (main) site.
