Help with ID'ing
« on: October 04, 2016, 10:56:55 AM »
I'm not a fan of cafe racers but I stumbled on this bike and it's been stuck in my head since. The black bomber tank and mag wheels make this thing look awesome. Anybody able to ID the fairing and seat section on it?

Here's a picture from up front, i gotta say this fairing is awesome. If it is a Dunstall I'd probably be pretty hard pressed to come across one that someone would be willing to part with?

Rickman Avon fairing. Check it air tech streamlining for a new one. Too bad someone drilled holes in those hayashi wheels.
All you gotta do is do what you gotta do.

That's the one, and looks like you can still order from AirTech, they also provide a link for a company the specializes in making the clear parts.

Looks just like this one that I bought from the original owner.  He had it imported  from england from the Read Titan company back in the early 70s.  I have learned from member ricky racer that it was made by a company called churchgate...they probably made stuff for dunstall also, and others.  At one time ricky racer was reproducing that fairing...maybe hit him up and see if he has any left.
If it works good, it looks good...
