Jetting carbs with K&N pods
« on: October 02, 2016, 07:25:56 PM »
I've just purchased a 1977 cb750. The guy didn't have the air box anymore so I'll be putting pods on the carbs, I will take off and rebuild the keihin carbs soon and Im not sure what jets I need to put in as I've been told they have to be changed when adding those kinds of filters, any ideas? I plan on turning into a cafe, I already have a restored 76 so this one though similar does have different carbs among a few other things. Thanks

It would really help to know what exhaust setup you have.
I'd probably start with something like 42 pilots, 1 turn out of the IMS, and 120 mains.
