Who is going to Barber this weekend?

Planning on heading down from SW Michigan with my dad tomorrow morning, about 10-ish hour drive. We had our heads in our asses about going this year so missed camping, but are staying nearby in Hoover. As always, I will be very interested in the swap meet, which keeps growing each year. Especially looking for bits for the race bike or anything else that is too tasty to pass up.

Racing will also be some of the best vintage competition in the country, with my uncle and cousin racing XS650 Yamahas in the Sportsman 750 class, both likely to pick up a podium this weekend in the two events.

If anyone is going and has a pass for the Ace Corner Cafe, lets meet up for a cold one!

I'll be there too!
First time for me though. Its about an 11 hour run and we are leaving first thing Thursday. We have my buddies van outfitted pretty well to haul two bikes, My 550 and his cb500T. I do have the three day Ace corner pass as well. We are meeting up with another buddy riding his R1200RT up from Florida and are hoteling it about 14 miles west of the track.

   If any of you guys find a nice bone stock, low mile, original paint and running low number Sandcast 750 for less then a grand can I have it please.  ;D ;D

I will finally be going this year! I live here in Birmingham and have yet to go, but this year I have made it a point to buy tickets. So, I would really like to meet some of you all in person. Any particular planning going into this?

Man, what a great event! I wish I would have gotten to meet some of the SOHC members while I was there, but still had a great time. I finished off my day with a Parade Lap and then rode home with the sunset...
