The new one is nice looking too.
Really nice commercial. Emotional connection without being sad. I really wish the aesthetics of the bike were '72 SOHC4 rather than '82 DOHC4
Yeah still not quite there with the Retro... Triumph still wins in my book.
But- but -but the RS model has those cool rear shocks Fly with the little reservoir thingies
Not a bad sound either although I wonder what it would sound like with 4X4 exhaust? Maybe closer to an oldie? I still like the looks of this one below.
If they could put it on a diet and make it 455 lbs wet, it would be a good start. Why in the world does it need to be so stinkin' heavy?

They need to try harder. Maybe take a page our of BMWs playbook.BMW took their RnineT model, and went better. The PURE and the HERITAGE

I don't normally go for bikes styled like that - but I'll make and exception for that.
Maybe a lighter 750 version would sell better? A heavy 1100 seems like a chore to ride around in town. And it's not quite equipped for hiway cruising. This CB1100K doesn't have much of a purpose. And what's wrong with Guzzis!?!?!

Honda has the ability to make a great inline 750 motor, but not for a limited appeal bike like this one. I agree that a lighter bike with an inline 750 or even 800 with lots of torque would sell better.

I guess us Americans are fickle!
