How many cuts to take it to 836 ? Looks lije if you cut heavy the sleeve could move down.

I made 2 passes on each cylinder. I did the job under the supervision of the guy who builds Mario Andretti's engines for the 2 Seater IndyCar gig we run here in Speedway, Indiana. He said everything checked out and looked perfect. He was John Menard's engine builder back in golden era of IndyCar, I'd take his word over anyone else's.

My next step is to button up my custom oil tank that will stand in as a "rear fender" of sorts. Does anyone know if the case breather does in fact NEED to be linked with the oil tank breather? If it does in fact need to be, does anyone know the rubber hose dimensions? Thanks

Did some final powdercoat on my front/rear hubs this evening, pics soon to come! Went with a 20% gloss satin black made by Cardinal.

The boring machine? I couldn't tell you off the top of my head. Ill be back at the shop on Wednesday, I'll take note of the make and model. We use it for boring the lasting cosworth blocks used in indy car, among many others.

So this is what I started with. Coming up on 2 years ago from the day I scooped it up in Grand Rapids.
