Finally they're here
« on: October 24, 2016, 12:39:45 AM »
In about June/July a  member here posted in the ebay/craigslist section a CB450 for sale. Thankyou  thankyou  thankyou.

After speaking to the bloke selling the bike on thing lead to another and now after all this time the bikes finally arrived, passed customs ans quarantine today and they should be in my garage tomorrow.

Already organised an early day at work.

Can't wait.  I haven't been this excited in ages.

I'll put photos tomorrow.

Have a good one
Scott

Nah mate. I think it's hoarding if they're junk you can't ride.

These ones are all good so I may be becoming a collector though.

Those CB450's are most impressive, but I'd prefer that GT550.......... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Thanks.

It's been a long wait as I paid for these about 4 months ago.

I haven't had a 2 stroke since my KR250 in the early 1990 I think.  It's 4.30am here so I'm just charging the batteries and checking tyre pressures then maybe when I get home this arvo I will take one or two for a test ride.

Maybe even an investor Mick or am I just using that word to calm the missus down and get her ready for what's coming next.  A guy actually pulled up as I was loading them and wanted to know if I would sell him the GT550

Ha ha, I took my VFR750 for a ride on Tuesday Larry, and if Fenders was ever priveleged enough to ride one, he'd park his old 450 and never mention it again........ ;D
