Cruz Pedrigon **Wheelie of the Decade**

For anybody not watching NHRA out in Vegas today, Cruz Pedregon pulled the front wheels of his top fuel funny car at about the 330' mark, by the 1/8th mile all four wheels were off the ground, riding only on the wheelie bars at that point, the front tires did not come back down until well after the finish line. The rear tires actually tripped the lights...

and he got the win!  8)

The chassis was so badly damaged when it set back down that he was unable to continue to the next round.  :(

Now that guys is why you wear leathers, and carry extra underwear..while out performing..

BTW, almost every Epic dragrace wheelie ..involves chassis repairs...
