Yea.  It isn't worth messing with.  AZ was very lenient.  CO requires the light.

"Either a tail lamp or a separate lamp shall be so constructed and placed as to illuminate with a white
light the rear registration plate and render it clearly legible from a distance of fifty feet to the rear. Any
tail lamp or tail lamps, together with any separate lamp for illuminating the rear registration plate, shall be
so wired as to be lighted whenever the head lamps or auxiliary driving lamps are lighted."

Looks like I will run something compatible and clean on the bike.

Tonight I finished up roughing in the front brake plumbing.  I used a rear brake flex line to connect from light switch to master cylinder up front.  The length was perfect.  I am debating on the finish of the M/C.  Does caliper paint hold up to brake fluid?   I may just polish these items just to not have to worry about it.

I've had ok results with caliper paint on masters.  I do think polishing the switches would look great though.  What's left to fire it?  Looks really close!

I have all the wiring and plumbing to do.   I will take the tank and seat off and have at it very soon.  I am going to do some soul searching to see if I am going to start from scratch or use some of the harness.

I found these on Ebay.  I will use them to mount the plate to the frame.  We will see how it works out.

Did you adjust your steer stops to help protect your tank from the clip-ons smacking into it?

Yup.  Did that long time ago.  Tank coming back off soon.

I finished up a bunch of little stuff.  Awaiting my caliper rebuild kits.   Took the bike down from the stand for the first time.  Straddled it and made a few vroom vroom noises.

looking very nice!  you will never catch the real effect of that flake on camera...it will be so much more in person. That's the shame about it.  I wonder if even video captures it?  4K might...not sure.

Amazing progress. That is one sexy 750F! Have you thought about rear sets?

I do not want to run them.  I had them on my Virago, didn't like not being able to stand when I wanted.

Does anyone have a good source for caliper piston seals?  I just need the seals and boots.

Not finding seals on Godffrey's site.  Just list of services.  In fact.  Having difficulty finding 750F seals for 75-76 model anywhere.  Bunch of newer model stuff available.

I have been ordering parts.  Waiting for parts.  Rebuilding calipers and masters.  Finalizing fuel line with filter.  I threw these poorly fitting filters on carbs to keep shop dust out until the real ones get here.   Put on a 530 o ring chain.  Split and put a master link in.   Rear brakes are now ready for juice.

Having a rough time getting out the clip on front master.  May have to order a special tool?  My ring clip expanded do not reach down that far.  Few photos.

You need some quality shocks on that bike.

One day.  I only have so much money to spend at any given time to keep this rolling.

Have you looked into z1enterpises.com?
Edit: Nevermind they only have the MC kits. https://www.z1enterprises.com/wheel-brake-tire.html?find=1975-honda-cb750f-750-super-sport-1036&p=1

Maybe call them and ask if they can get what you need. I've ordered from them before with good success.

I had to make up a actuator bolt for rear m/c.  The original was mangled.  I used a heavy duty nylon bushing for the un threaded portion of rod that slide through retaining washer.    I looked around for this part with no luck.  Works great.

Oh..today, I picked up a GL1000 motor in a blizzard, for the next project.
