75 k tank on 77 k frame??
« on: December 05, 2006, 05:20:52 PM »
I know it can be done, but the seat is the problem. Does anyone have any photos of their seat mods to make this work?

Thanks guys!!

Well, the problem Im having is that I decided to change tanks after I had the frame powdercoated. I know I could put an early seat on it, but I'd have to weld the mounts onto the frame. I was hoping that maybe someone did the same "mistake" as I did and they modified a 77-78 seat to fit the older tank.
