Thirteen and Company - Custom builder review and experience, help

Hi Guys,

Not sure if any of you have come across a popular builder on social media called Thirteen and Company motorcycles. I am sharing my experiences with them so far. They've built a few very nice motorcycles that has gotten heaps of likes on the internet:

I have decided to order a custom made cafe racer seat cowl and pan from the builder Kyle, but I am running issues now.
I ordered the custom seat to be made and paid the 50% deposit on the 5th of Oct. On the contract, it claims that the work will be done within 2 to 4 weeks.
I've received an update from kyle on the 26th of October, with 2 pictures of the fabricated cowl pan in progress.
However I've sent him another email a week after that, and I haven't got a response ever since. He hasn't responded to any of my emails and call for 3 weeks now. And their website has also went down ever since.

I am hoping if there are anyone here that has dealt with Thirteen and company before that could share their experience. Or if anyone has contacts with them could help me out.

Seems suspect.  Instagram post from a week ago says to direct message them there if you haven't tried already.

If you have actual contact info for them (street address, phone, etc) you might post that up. There's heaps of members in the LA area who could possibly pop in...

Its also not unusual for small, start up businesses to be less than "prompt" with replies or website issues. Does an email to him get bounced, or simply not responded to? You can also lodge a complaint with PayPal or eBay (assuming you've used these services to fund your purchase) to help apply some pressure for a reply.

I see you're in Oz, so I understand your concern about foreign transactions. We will all do what we can to help-

I got an update from Beau, the guy in charge of Thirteen and co's social media page, after I sent a message via Instagram.
He has informed me that Kyle had an accident about 2 weeks ago and broken his hand. They will give me an update on my build tomorrow.

I am waiting for the response. If I can't get it resolved, it would be great if some of the fellow members who lives in LA can help me visit them.
