solved my head seepage problem but

solved my head seepage problem but hate to say how i did it.

my CB750K6 has had this seepage problem for some time and i got use to just wearing dark pants and wiping off the plastic side covers every 50-100 miles.  switched my oil to this last year and all seepage stopped with no clutch problems at all.
this is just a suggestion and it may not work for everyone but 5K and a year later by bike no longer seeps oil under the head

Some people report more leakage with synthetic so consider yourself one of the lucky ones where it healed itself somehow..

Had to google Zddp because i did not know what it was so thanks , and USMC " its a trap" LOL - SSgt 0311 here Vietnam Vet became a 6617 after i got back - Semper Fi
I was very reluctant to post these results and only then after a full year of use.  this may not work for everyone but not being a true mechanic i did not see what i had to loose because the seepage was so bad i was going to have to pull the head even though i suspected the seepage was only coming down around those rubber plugs [ sure they have a name ]
i believe this high millage oil has an additive that swelled or softened the original rubber plugs and now i have no leakage.
never the less this solved my problem and this is the only oil i will use in this bike.
I only use Castrol Actevo X-Tra 4T Synthetic Oil Blend 10W40 in my new CB1100A

I run zddp in everything that doesn't have a converter. I'm also all for unorthodox repair methods. Good to see it worked for you!

I considered doing that myself.
