Where to get parts?

... besides the dealer?  I need the following for a 1981 CB650C:  Choke cable, Throttle Return Cable, (2) Brake Caliper Pistons, Chain and Sprockets.  Besides the chain, are any of these parts available through the aftermarket?  TIA.

The brake pistons and choke cable might be dealer only but sprockets and and throttle cables are available aftermarket.   Dennis Kirk is easyest.  In their catalog you can see the listings for other sprockets that will fit.
