1978 CB550 Carb Needle Assembly

Assembling the carbs stated above. I have two questions. Anyone know why one of the pivot mounts for the needles are different from the other three? And I do not know where these 4 Springs go.



The one on the left is the odd one out.



These are the springs I'm curious about.
