You're like a kid I hired once. Whenever I asked, "Tell me about your progress?" he would respond with, "I'm getting ready to get started". That lasted about 1 week when I retorted, "No, you're getting fired. Ready for that?".

So don't make me come out there and motivate you for some results  ;)
