Triples are going on tomorrow and I'll begin work to mount my led headlight.

The 400 ports are fairly big for a small engine....they just need to be massaged a bit Cal. ;)

Got alot done tonight.  Polished my triples and upper fork legs.  And mounted them with tapered bearings.  Also got the tank and tail into primer.

Blocked the tank and tail.  Blocked out very nice.  Going to do one more round of primer and then ready for paint in a week.

Last round of primer is going on tonight.  Picked up the last of powdercoat parts.  Also got the clutch side togther.  Went with ebc clutch fibers and Barnett HD springs.

Front end is mocked up.  Gold valves will be here this week and I'll get the forks back together.  Also last round of primer.

With the jacks in the way, I've eye balled it and it's looking good.  Should have the forks finished by the weekend and i can get the jacks out from under the frame.  From the pictures Kevin sent me, I'll be set for clearance with about any system with his cooler setup.

Got my preload adjusters from ttr400.  Wet sanding primer Friday and planning to paint Monday.
