So I got my carbs apart, and it appears the a PO didn't use the washers for the pilot jet. I can't find any information on these washers, and the only way I can see to buy them is to buy an entire carb rebuild kit.

Could someone give me the the outside diameter, inside diameter, and thickness for these little washers? Or if you are interested in selling some, let me know. Thanks

Washers?  The pilot jets are pressed in on those carbs and don't use washers that I'm aware of.
Do you mean the mixture screws that are underneath the carbs?

That's what he meant.

Personally - I'd just buy the rebuild kit.  Safer that way.

Looking at these parts, I'd say show the pics in a shop that usually has similar little things like electronic parts shops. They might have it.

The only reason why I'd shy away from that is because if you get the washer thickness wrong - the pilot screw setting would have absolutely nothing to do with what the factory manual specified.  You could start at 2 turns out, but then you'd have to adjust to compensate for the washer thickness THEN adjust to compensate for whatever is appropriate for that carburetor.

At least with a rebuild kit you eliminate the guesswork of washer thickness - if you believe the washers in a rebuild kit are consistent.
