Good morning from Tallahassee, Fl
« on: January 07, 2017, 05:15:17 AM »
Hello!  I'm Larry and I'm about to pick up two Honda CB750's from the mid 1970's that have been in someone's basement for 30 years.  This will be my first experience with the SOHC CB750, but if anyone here is also on the DOHC Customs forum or on the CB650 forum, you may recognize me from there.

I'm being told the bikes I'm getting are from 1974 and 1975.  I get most of my part fiche info from Partzilla, but it has nothing on the CB750 before 1976.  I was hoping to find some of that info here.

Just a little more about me:  I'm the Lieutenant over the Special Operations section of the sheriff's office here.  I ride a Harley Davidson Electra-Glide at work every day.  My other hobbies include blacksmithing/knife and sword making, and mixed martial arts (I'm a licensed professional MMA referee in both Florida and Georgia).

Greetings.

I mostly use Motogrid.com. After 76 it lists other bikes which is where I find my 75 CB750F.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Welcome, download the manuals by going to the site's model specific area I think the links are there for the factory manuals.  HondaMan's book is a must have for the 750, fantastic resource.  Lulu carries it and there are 25-30% off coupons often.
