swingarm bushings again!
« on: February 01, 2007, 09:59:37 AM »
Hello,

I am in the process of making a set of swingarm bushings for a 77’ CB550.  The dimensions I have are as follows: Flange dia. 1.25”, flange thickness ?, O.D. 1.047/1.050,
I.D. 22mm (nominal) fit based on measured pivot pin -.0005/-.0015”  bushing length inside of swingarm 2.00”  Can someone confirm these dimensions?  I have a detail drawing created in Autocad.  932 bearing bronze is the material.

Thanks in advance,
Greg.

Probably a better idea to stick with metric measurements.
I find they tend to be whole or half mm instead of odd ten thousandths of an inch
