they appear to have him listed under the wrong use name, the second part is rioght but the first bit should be " Sir Hugh "

I worked with a guy that had a late year Fiero with a Corvette LS engine in it. He road raced and slalom raced it until we took him home one day and asked to see it. That was the day he remembered his wife hit a bridge with it and it was in the shop getting fixed. I never got to ask her about it.

I've been out of the loop. He still exists. I guess he got booted from all the forums and is on FB now.

Hey, fair is fair; I reported him to the mods and included links to several threads on several forums that showed who he truly is. Maybe we should just fill the mod's inbox with JWilde stories and links?

Guys, janus may be a prick.  But he does have the right to be free from harassment.

I'll take the flak for being devil's advocate on this one.  Recent experience has left me very aware of how many internet users are willing to attack someone in real life.  It's objectively terrifying.

Also a class 3 federal felony.

So let's be reasonable.  Be Best

I'll second this. The guy is troubled, no doubt about it. Going after him on other forums isn't helping him, and it's not helping you. Let others figure it out.

We all got our problems..
But constantly posting BS on the internet , sort of makes you fair game..
I mean he can always stop posting that stuff..... one would think...?
Maybe he cant.. keep poking a sleeping dog.... stuff happens.... he must realize that by now..

Ridicule and truth-telling is far from a Class III felony. And citing the man's own words as a reference to his personality is not harassment.

While you guys may be accurate in your truth telling.  There are other trolls who are not.

If ya want to deal with this fake, stay classy and discreetly block him.

We already know he will eventually expose what kind of canoe he is paddling.

Meh, he's in my neck of the woods and is clearly a bit unhinged, so there's always the possibility he may look me up and come visit to start trouble. Depending on what he might choose to do I suppose it could be a felony. Not worth worrying about as I doubt he'd like what he found and I doubt an internet tough guy hipster type is anything more than talk. I'm still waiting for the local authorities to come knocking.

I thought it was funny to run into him in the wild and since it has been about four years was curious if he had learned from anything or come to his senses. Apparently not. Straight into his usual BS, editing posts multiple times per minute, outlandish claims, deleting posts hours later. He has some video of careless and reckless riding on his page, no gear, so nothing has changed in that regard either. After he went off on a few of his tirades I sent him a PM genuinely asking him what was up and how he has been. No response, which is not a surprise.

In any event, I've been banned from the Vintage Honda CB/SL/CL/XL Motorcycle Owners group. It was fun while it lasted. I'll poke him again and post pictures of his previous antics if I ever come across him in the wild. Better than an oil thread...

The sooner yet another forum is aware of his antics, the better.. I say. .
With no platform to post his crap, we are all better off..

 He's a dick.

 He's threatened member's by PM.

When people reached out to him personally, he responded with his normal bull#$%*.

Maybe he's mentally ill,  but he's still a dick. More than a few of us have had more than a passing interaction with him. He's the problem.  Period.

Dunk, he will NEVER come visit you to start trouble.  He's an internet tough guy.

Remember: he's been banned from at least half a dozen forums under more than twice that many user names.
 HE is the problem.

None of us are rich enough, cool enough, smart enough or hip enough for him.

Funny, he goes by the name of a two faced Roman god, but he really should go by Narcissus instead of Janus.
