Hey guys, I'm starting out a build project and am looking into stretching the rake on my 82' 750. An additional 8-10 degrees if possible. I want to run a 21" wheel up front.
VBled1's build was a huge inspiration and kinda stuck this idea in my head (

Before it gets asked, this will strictly be a local/show bike, I have two others that I do the majority of my riding on. Furthest this would see from my driveway is >40 miles.
Short and sweet:
Are there any raked tree kits you know of that would fit my neck?
Would it be do-able to just trim out a V cut (leave bottom section attached) behind the neck and pull the neck back, reweld with an adjusted rake?
Any options without sending it to a shop where I'm pretty sure they'd have to add a gooseneck to get the pitch.
I don't plan on riding this bike aggressively, but obviously, frame failure isn't something I want to gamble with. Any advice is really appreciated!
