If your engine is all well your brake might have fallen apart, ive heard of brakes in old trucks seizing up and i had the pad in my SL70 come right off the shoe and was wreaking havoc inside the drum.

Yep, that is exactly what happened. The pads were off of the shoe and wouldn't allow me to spin the wheel. Glad that is solved. Thanks again everybody!
