750 k1 seat

I need a thinner seat than my stock seat.i need to drop about an inch to an inch and a half,minimum.ive seen cafe seats on ebay and other sites,i would like a seat i can mount in the stock location if possible.i dont care if it has a steel base or fiberglass or any other material.any ideas?thanks

Why not cut down the foam on a stock seat? [find one with a bad cover]

Mark - I know an upholstery shop down in PG that could probably do that job for you, recover it, and get you back on your way. He does really good work and is PG-priced too  :)

 I sliced the one on my Goldwing, I peeled back the cover and sliced the foam with a new fine hacksaw blade, An electric knife will work too. Then pulled the foam back down and took up as much of the vinyl as possible. In Japan this is very common, I think Yamiya even has the low seat foam as a seat option.

Or replace the oem foam with better newer type foams. 2" of high density and a 1" memory foam topper, his butt with thank him later.  ;D
