Taller seat for sportster

Raise the suspension of the bike with taller shocks and longer forks?

It's got plenty of ground clearance.  My inseam is longer than what is comfortable with the seat height to peg height difference on the stock, below the top of the rear fender seat.
Nothin matters, if ya don't mind.
