Well, not much time to mess with it, but finally got around to it. Even though It had new points an condenser, and green dyna coils I suspected ignition. I purchased Hondamans transistorized ignition box, that retains the points as a triggering devise, I installed , then kicked thru twice with choke wide open throttle no ignition, then one kick with ignition and started right up, shorter time on the choke, and on the test drive ran great and perfect idle. The other part that swung me to this ignition system is if it ever quits, a side cover removal, change a couple wire plug ins and your back on points and condenser to get you home.
Thanks for all that offered suggestions,,,very pleased with my new one kick bike.

The next day it should start immediately. After more than 4 days rest I'd recommend the extreme cold start: crank the engine for 4 seconds with the kill switch off, chokes fully closed and throttle wide open. Then move the kill switch to run and with the chokes still fully closed but with the throttle partly open, start again. This always works for me. Why? I don't know.

This is exactly how my K2 is, if I don't ride for a few days it takes a while to start, I tried the "extreme cold start method" and presto, worked like a charm, I only hit the starter with kill switch off for about 2 seconds though, not 4. Great tip thanks.
