What's your plan for the charging system? Planning on making mine a DD too. Great work so far!

Brand new stock charging system jason. New R/R and shorai battery. I may vent the alt cover.  The 650 charging system is prone to excess heat which has been known to burn out rather easily.

Well motor is buttoned up! After some back and forths with Dave B and Mike R, Yoshi cam is dialed in. Thank you so much for the help guys.
Cam lobe centers were measured at 103.5 intake and 103.375 exhaust. Don't think I could get closer.
Dave who should I send the modded cover and degree wheel to next?

Yeah feeling good River.
Wiring and carb tuning is really all that's left. Dialing in a cam is strangely addictive lol. I kept picturing myself wearing a lab coat and in a clean room  ;D

Big thank you mike.
The cam card had lobes at intake 105 exhaust 104.5 but that was at .040". I used running clearance at .036". Is that safe to assume why I was at 103.5 intake and 103.375 exhaust?

Nice Cam! As far as the cover and degree wheel, Don may be getting in touch with you. Unless you need it gone for the space, hold on to it for a little bit.

Cool, you guys figure that out. Cam, just pack it up nice with the padding and stuff I used and you'll be good to go.

This cover gets around. It's going to be a slut by the time I get 'er back, haha.
