Help identifying Year and exact Model please

Hey all I am just starting out and have been trying to do the research on my own but I cant find a clear answer to exactly what I have. My engine # says CB750E-240303 and the VIN says CB760-2524023, These numbers dont fall between any of the guides I have seen just would like to have a clear answer thanks for any help

 Numbers look like a match for a 1975 K model 750 or K5.  http://www.hondachopper.com/engine/engine_timeline/timeline.html

Honda's Product Guide shows 1975 CB750 K5 engine numbers beginning with CB750E-2372115 (K'76 start  at CB750E-2428762)
VIN numbers for 75 start at CB750-2500001 ( K'76 start at CB750-2540001)
1973 CB350F -sold
1974 CB350F -218 orig miles, sold
1976 CB750K - in restoration

Other Hondas:
3 x CBX
CB1100R
GB500
Plus Kawasakis, BMws & Ducatis

There is no such thing as numbers matching for old honda motorcycles. If you happen to find one I would go out and buy a lottery ticket!

Buy the bike as it is probably a low # sandcast worth more than the lottery ticket  ;D
