Does anybody know if these are Honda shocks and if so, what bike they are from?
They have an adjustment on top I am not familiar with.

Old Koni's or New Ikon's have a very similar rebound damping adjustment like those.  Those should be for some kind Honda as I know of no other manufacturer that has the clevis mount on the bottom.  If they are Koni or Ikon they will have a number stamped on them somewhere that will identify the specific application.
If it works good, it looks good...

Thanks for the info! I am sure they are Honda, but I have seen Suzuki shocks with clevis mounts also.

the koni s have a hack Tool to teighten the adjusters in the bottom.
(.this use a stick in shaft),as turning Tool..so think not a koni.
.think cb 900 sohc from 1979-80 had a more advanced dampers..like the 1978 cbx had a advanced one vith dual adjustings..
i kan not speak english/but trying!!
